Bitters, gin, vodka, bourbon, vermouth, malts and everything in between. South Australia artisan distillers use their own techniques to ferment, blend, infuse and age their artisan creations. These incredible, healthy, locally sourced products are originanally produced, small scale and independent of any other entity.
Sam and Olivia Colliver are the founders, owners and operators of Sunny Hill Distillery. The farm is still a cereal producer, but part of the grain that is produced has been used to create the artisan distillery to make quality craft spirits. Sustainability is lived with wheat and barley grown on the farm, malted in the Barossa and then mashed, fermented and distilled to age in casks on site for two years. Sunny Hill now has a range of gin, vodka and liqueurs on offer.
