Fannys Bay Artisan Distillery receives the pure fresh sea breezes known to Tasmania's North coast. Seeking a sea change in 2005, Mathew & Julie Cooper have created Northern Tasmania's whisky culture and have been distilling since 2014 when the first barrel was put down. Today this artisan distillery’s produces a selection of Bourbon, Port, Sherry, and award winning Whisky.
