Award winning organic sourdough bread is made only with organic Australian flour and our specialty 19 year old starter. Containing no preservatives and based on three ingredients: flour, salt and water. Baking fresh artisan bread is a traditional process that takes time, it uses a natural fermentation process and the bread is leavened slowly with our natural starter, with each loaf taking a total of 3 days to make.
