The brains behind Rolleston Bakery have succeeded in creating a bakery that has the edge that takes it to the next level in the baking industry. Mark Saunders found his love for baking at the age of 7 and never lost his knack for baking mouth-watering, unique and wholesome creations. After years in the store bakery industry Mark and his wife decided to take a leap of faith and embark on a franchise bakery that they refer to as business school 101 while the lessons they learnt paved the way to their current success it was only until 2011 when Rolleston Bakery came around that the couple turned this family business into a home-style environment where locals and visitors alike can enjoy the green approach to true baked goodness.
