A family business operating from Bay of Islands since 1986. Anna and Bob started experimenting with cheesemaking in their kitchen, and with a supply of milk from the family farm's own herd of 60 cows this continues today. The herd grazes on the farmland surrounding the cheesery so fresh milk is pasteurised and turned into cheese straight away with the magic craft of cheese making turning out quality artisan cheeses.
