The baking adventure began for Allan and Laura Lewis over 12 years ago when they embarked on a new life as a couple in New Zealand. Born and bred Kiwi – Allan met the love of his life in Israel and then together they decided to pursue a different sort of love affair when they moved to NZ. The love affair with bread and a variety of delectable baked goods started at the Otago Farmer’s Market and has grown into a local favourite with their olive oil brushed baguettes, sour dough breads, organic loaves, muffins and tempting, tantalising cake slices.
