A permaculture farm using regenerative and sustainable farming practices, in Ohau (just south of Levin, New Zealand). Brent and the team grow Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms that they sell at local farmer’s markets and throughout the country. Ohau is on a mission to provide the freshest, highest quality and the most wildly nutritious plant based options to all comers. The team don't see themselves as mushroom sellers, but instead as supporters of sustainable communities and the food that supports them.
